Distressed, LLC is pleased to offer a lifetime guarantee for the zippers on our OG Dan Hoodie. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage:

The lifetime guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship of the zippers used in the OG Dan Hoodie. If a zipper is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, Distressed, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective zipper free of charge.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

•          Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the OG Dan Hoodie.
•          Modification or alteration of the OG Dan Hoodie.
•          Normal wear and tear.
•          Damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or storage.
•          Damage caused by third-party alterations or repairs.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at dans.distressed.customer@gmail.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, and, if necessary, photographs of the defective zipper. Distressed, LLC reserves the right to request that the Product be returned for inspection.

Distressed, LLC will, at its discretion, determine whether the claim is valid and whether to repair or replace the defective zipper. If a replacement is provided, it may be a new or refurbished zipper of the same or similar model.

Limitation of Liability:

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Distressed, LLC disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Distressed, LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the Product.
